  • Developed and Implemented a Product Life Cycle Management (PLC) Strategy for Mobile Phones distribution for Mexico, with one of the biggest Telecommunications company in the world, savings more than 100 million dollars in the entire supply chain. Linked the PLC with commercial strategies and supply chain levels.
  • Developed and implemented a complete supply chain strategy for pulp and paper production based on the demand, balancing inventories in all the value chain.
  • Developed and implement a Three-party logistics process with the objective of optimize the cost, speed, and efficiency of the supply chain. Reducing the logistics cost $10 million dollars per year.
  • Eliminate obsoletes spare parts, material, and tools practices, saving more than $300 millions of USD through my career. Mining, Manufacturing, Steel, and paper.
  • Optimized the number of warehouses in a mine site, based on active equipment, based on availability, utilization, and usage of the spares.
  • Optimize the lead times and service level with vendors.
  • Optimized the kits for preventive maintenance, using SMED practices.
